This Privacy Policy explains what information worldsbestcouple.com ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and — importantly — how and when we delete the photos you upload. We collect the minimum needed to run the booking display.
2.What we collect
• Content you provide: the couple photo and the two partner names you upload for your slot.
• Booking details: your selected start time and duration.
• Payment references: a payment/order identifier from our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not see or store your full card or bank details — those are handled directly by Razorpay.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone unless you choose to provide it to the payment provider.
3.How we use it
We use your Content solely to display it on the homepage during your booked slot, and within the schedule/preview and any share-card you generate yourself. Booking and payment references are used to confirm your slot, prevent double-booking, and process refunds where applicable.
4.The image is yours — and we delete it after use
You keep full ownership of your image. We only display it temporarily.
After your booked slot ends, your image is removed from display and permanently deleted from our storage. We do not sell, license, or share your image with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or to train any model.
5.Payment processing
Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own terms and privacy policy. We receive only a transaction reference and status, never your sensitive payment credentials.
6.Storage & security
Content is stored on secured object storage only for the lifetime of your booking. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect it, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7.Your rights
You may request early removal of your Content at any time before or during your slot by contacting us. Because bookings are anonymous, please provide the exact date & time of your slot so we can locate it.
8.Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect Content from or about children without appropriate adult consent.
9.Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
