worldsbestcouple.com (the "Service", "we", "us") lets you book a paid time slot during which a photo and names you provide (your "Content") are displayed on our homepage. By booking a slot, uploading Content, or making a payment, you ("you", "the User") accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If any person appears in your Content, you confirm you have obtained the explicit consent of every such person to upload, publicly display, and later delete that image on this Service.

You retain full ownership of, and all intellectual-property rights in, the Content you upload. We claim no ownership of your image or names.

You grant us only a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, and publicly display your Content solely for the purpose of showing it on the Service during your booked slot (and, incidentally, within the schedule/preview and any share-card you generate). This licence is temporary and ends when your Content is deleted (see Section 6).

By uploading Content you represent and warrant that:

• the Content is yours or you have all rights, licences and permissions needed to upload and display it;

• the Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other right of any third party;

• every identifiable person in the Content has consented to its display and deletion;

• the Content is not unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.

You must not upload Content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, contains nudity or explicit material, depicts minors inappropriately, promotes hate or violence, or impersonates anyone. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice or refund for violations, refuse, take down, or permanently delete any Content that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably consider inappropriate.

Your Content is displayed only for your booked slot. After your slot ends, your image is scheduled for permanent deletion from active display and removed from our storage. We do not use your image for advertising, resale, training, or any purpose beyond the display described in these Terms. Any share-card image you download or share yourself is your own responsibility thereafter.

Each time slot may be booked by only one couple. A slot is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed and your Content is published. If two bookings are attempted for overlapping times, the first successfully completed booking prevails.

Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). If your payment succeeds but your chosen slot was already taken, your payment is automatically refunded to your original payment method. Except for such slot-unavailable cases (and where required by law), bookings are non-refundable. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in a ban from the Service.

All couples and Content shown are submitted by users. Their appearance does not constitute any ranking, endorsement, verification, or claim of fact by us. "World's Best Couple" is a playful, paid display feature, not a competition, contest, or statement of merit.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Service, its owner, operators and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your Content, your breach of these Terms or your warranties, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there.
